History

After years of developing products within leading global corporations, we decided that innovating the design process by using inspiration and objective metrics made good sense.

A plan took form and we began partnering with universities and engaging in a global, multicultural mass collaboration. We wanted to create the best design concepts possible by providing inspiring design briefs. Once the concepts were created, we wanted to use objective metrics to select the best concept for that particular business and monitor subsequent developments to preserve design-integrity.

We are now well on our way and invite other passionate professionals to join in creating sustainable progress though design thinking. Welcome!

Our Values

Competition is an outdated paradigm, - only internal peace will bring external peace!

Using a 21st Century version of the Ten Commandments, we believe that:

1) The Most Important Force is Love - Thou shalt have no other Gods before me.

7) Be Faithful to your Partner - Thou shalt not commit adultery.

8) Think Win-Win - Thou shalt not steal.

9) Be Honest - Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor.

Our Vision

To bring together high IQ and high EQ proactive individuals with diverse cultural and top tier professional backgrounds. Based upon their values and interests, we create a flexible, collaborative and virtual global network. We then connect these autonomous contributors and facilitate the creation of astonishing design results. The network facilitates professionals in creating new structures and processes, enabling them to work on cutting edge projects. These projects fit their unique skills and cater to their proactive nature by providing challenging and exciting learning experiences. Projects are collaborative efforts with friends, while also developing new contacts and receiving top tier monetary reward.

Mission

To change beliefs, attitudes and behaviors, promoting freedom, accountability and service to the community. We do this though:

Peace Innovation (10%): Collaborating with Stanford Persuasive Technology Lab, conducting design research and developing methods for launching peace initiatives.

Teaching (10%): Lecturing at: Caltech, Art Center College of Design, UC Berkley, Stanford University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Technical University of Denmark and Copenhagen Business School.

Research and Development (30%): Research business strategy, models and plans, design briefing and design quantification.

Consulting (50%): Consulting with firms ranging from startups to global corporations, providing design research, strategy and decision-support.
